Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy govern the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted by Threads and Fable. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

Since we are made to order brand we are currently not offering return but you can certainly opt for an exchange in case of a wrong or damaged product. Customers may raise a request within 48hrs from the date of receipt of the product.

To qualify for a exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• A product opening video is must to be eligible for exchange.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

• A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or installation

• Customized or made-to-order products

• Items without original packaging

• Products purchased during clearance sale or special promotions

3. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

• The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment

4. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or incorrect products, customers may opt for:

• A full refund

5. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 24hrs of order placement. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
